Katrina is a Business Consultant for Southern Indiana Works with seven years of experience in workforce development and fifteen years as a project manager. As a Career Coach in the rural counties of Southern Indiana, Katrina became very familiar with the needs of regional jobseekers, working to develop and align skillsets with the needs of employers. As a Business Services Consultant, Katrina connects employers with training plans, LMI and provides recruiting and retention services. During fifteen years as a Project Manager/Art Director, Katrina created the Art Department at Weber Group Inc., attracting and developing award winning talent, establishing design standards and production processes that have won national awards. Katrina has a Bachelor of Fine Art from the University of Louisville and recently completed classes at Indiana University Southeast for a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Communication.
