ShiLese Stover is the Vice President of Operations and also Region 10’s Equal Employment Opportunity Officer for Southern Indiana Works. ShiLese has over 15 years of experience working in non-profit organizations. ShiLese is a trained specialist in project management and has coached many teams to lead and carryout numerous projects. Her area of emphasis are organizational culture and change, administrative simplicity, and leadership development. Prior to coming to SIW ShiLese worked for Community Action of Southern Indiana as the Executive Services Manager and was quickly promoted to Human Resources Director. ShiLese is very engaged in the community as she was the Director of the Jeffersonville Boys & Girls Club for several years. ShiLese holds a degree in Human Services, serves on numerous committees and loves to be able to give back however she can.
