Kathy Erdman is a Business Consultant for Southern Indiana Works. In her role she engages with regional workforce and economic development organizations with the purpose of leading a robust talent development system and cultivating a skilled workforce. Kathy is a liaison between the Business Services and Employment teams, she collaborates with the career coach staff to find qualified and skilled candidates to refer to partner employers. Kathy received her Bachelor’s degree in Business from Indiana University Southeast and brings a wealth of experience in building relationships with both job seekers and employers.
