Cindy Mahoney is the Business Services Team Manager of Southern Indiana Works. Cindy received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Sullivan University. She has two Human Resources certifications: SHRM-CP and PHR and over 20 years of HR/Safety Management experience, mostly in the Southern Indiana manufacturing industry. Cindy also serves in the Army Reserves as a First Sergeant and Senior Culinary instructor with over 30 years of military service. Cindy and her Business Service Team enhance employers’ access to qualified workers and increase employer awareness of the available talent development resources. Her team also supports placement for WorkOne customers and is the go-to source for real-time employer intelligence for the WorkOne system and partners. Providing premier services to enhance community engagement and hosting hiring events, job fairs and employer testing services are also goals of the Business Services team.
